I have been with cell c for 14 years. The last couple of month our service get suspended although our account and statement reflect UP TO DATE. NO ONE CONTACTS US AND WE CAN'T CALL. logged numerous call with services desk over last 2 weeks with no one coming back to us.

Are you doing this to frustrate us.....this makes my case even better going to OMBUDSMAN.....my account is upto date and sitting with out service for 2 weeks with NONE PICKING UP A PHONE TO CALL ME I CAN'T PHONE!!!!!!! Sick of the bad service no one knows what going on ......
