Account Stopped

<p>So many years with this company : take your money every month : no missed payments : I missed one month and was very aware of the problem and that I had to pay. I called the service centre advising that the payment will be made on Friday as the funds were coming from STD Bank to another bank via transfer. Told the lady do not turn off my phone it will be paid as I need it for work. Was advised that a note was made. Now this evening when I need to call oh look the phone has been barred. Called the contact centre a very rude call agent told me!!! I say again told me!!! that I am not excempt and the phone has been turned off. Seems that being a customer for so many years and not missing a payment means nothing. Thank you Cell C for your terrible service. Thank you for making me loose business due to not being able to make calls. </p>
