Account showing arrears when payment has been made

I.opened up 2 new contracts end.of last year and instead of the contracts being added to my existing account cell c created a sepaerate account for the contracts, so when I made payment in december it reflected on my existing account and shows on the alother account as being in arrears. Cell c have also been trying to debit my account, without my authorisation on this extra account. I pay my existing account by eft every month since inception. I have brought these matters to the accounts dept attention and have been assured that the problem has been sorted out and that I will not be debited in jan and that my accounts will be consolidated onto my existing account. I now receive an sms from cell c saying they have reported me to the credit bureau for non payment. I am furious to say the least. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and the note to be remived from the credit bureau and a letter of apology to be emailed to me and noted on the credit bureau.
