ACCOUNT SETTLED BUT BEREAU NOT UPDATED
Hi
I know that it was my own fault that i fell into arrears, I have settled my account with you guys 3 months ago. it only takes 30 days for the bereau to update their record. So what i would like to know why is Cell C taking 3 months to update their system.
Please with the time that we living in I want to make sure my kids afre secured with a home.
PLEASE CAN YOURLL UPDATE MY STATUS ON THE CREDIT BEREAU
