Account query /arrears query

I have had the worst experience from cell c and they are so rude they don't care about customer queries I have been paying my account since 2018 but now I am getting statements saying that my account is in arrears April they deducted my account double now they say is was unpaid and my balance is R530 and now on the 24th June they deducted my account R265 but now on the 06 July the sent me a statement saying account is unpaid again and balance is R530 again and I have been sending my bank statements /proof of payment but nobody cares to assist me I am really fed up with them even today I called them
