<p>I admit being in arrears with my Cell C account due to the current poor economic situation. I do wish to make payment and when i look at my account I am sure that I am being overcharged.</p> <p> </p> <p>please can a Cell C account agent contact me to explain why I am being overcharged by R500???</p>
