I received a message stating my bill is R1399.65. I would like to know why? I made payment last week, cell c acknowledged receipt of payment. I do not use my phone anymore as I dont trust cell c account reconciliation!! Please may I request an agent contact me to explain why you have doubled my bill.

Your payment due for the month of June is R 734.65. The amount previously paid, was allocated towards the amount that was in arrears.

Kindly email a breakdown of that amount? why is it R734.65 when i do not use the data allocated as I said, i do not trust cell c's reconciliation! i do use the FREE minutes which of course i should not be charged! please email the breakdown to my email address. thank you
