Account posted as default on Credit Bereaux

I had a contract with Cell C which was handed over to Lawyers based in Durban. Only find that out when they call me and told me that I have been handed over to them.<br> <br> They told me that I owe CellC R1850 and I started paying it back from March 2014 - July 2014. Every month I will get a call from Vanessa from MDS to remind me to pay and she will give me a balance which I will pay the amount. And in July when I spoke to her she told me that my balance is R350 after that my account will be cleared and closed. I paid the amount assuming that my account is closed as I always send her the proof of payment as I was paying the money into CellC's Nebank Bank Account. But when I checked last week with ITC I have been listed by CellC as on Default/Judgement. Which I cant understand as I have paid the whole amount that I was told it's outstanding.<br> <br> I need this sorted out and cleared with ITC as it is affecting my Credit record.<br> <br> Regards<br> Fundi
