Account payment
I made payment to Cell C on 30 May 2019, and I emailed the proof of payment to the proof of payment address.
Today I receive and SMS stating cell c haven't received payment and my services will be suspended!! Really??? Maybe cell c should have dedicated staff manning that proof of payment email account and allocate accordingly. No further comments, as my rating says it all
