Account Paid Up Years Ago

I had two cell c numbers a number of years ago which i paid up and did the deposit into the account as instructed by the consultant like 5 years ago, sent the proof of payment which they confirmed receipt of. Then in 2013 i got a data line from Cell C and have paid payment every single month, however now when i got to do the upgrade on the contact i am having endless issues with them. When i then call the legal department they tell me can't help me i must now go to the ***** department and when i contact the ***** department they say they cannot help me, SO WHO CAN HELP, CLEARLY NO-ONE AT CELL C AND I THE CUSTOMER MUST NOW SUFFER!!! I feel so sorry for John Smit being the ambassaror of a company that does not care about their clients, and i agree with the banner on Beyers Naude saying basically that Cell C is useless.
