ACCOUNT PAID UP-NOT UPDATED AT CREDIT BUREAUS

<p>I paid off my cell c account last year in November 2015. I called Experian and Transunion this morning to find out if cell c has updated my records. To my surprise it still relects that I am in four months arrears. I do not understand how this came about because i sent through proof of payment and I was in formed that my enquiry will be attended to in 2 working days, this was last year December 03-2015 an email sent by a lady named Cebisile Shezi. I owe cell c nothing and i want them to update my records before end of business today. I am highly disappointed in their level of service. </p>
