account paid up 12 years ago but still reflecting

i called the cell c customer services 084145, and i was informed by a guy by the name of mosi, stating that<br> i had an account with them 12 years ago which was in legal but fully paid,<br> why is this still reflecting as this account was fully paid?<br> i wanted to apply for a new contract, but it seems Cell C dont want me as a customer.<br> Cell C claims to give good customer service, but this is rediculous, i can understand 5 or 3 years<br> but 12 years, Cell C needs to really catch a wake up,<br> not only is there network weak but so is there customer service.<br> i mean really u cannot hold something that happened 12 years ago against a person in any situation.
