Account paid in advance but account is at legal

I wanted to upgrade my contract today but was told by the sales assistant that she cannot help me since my account is with the legal department and she cannot contact them since they don't work on Weekends, weirdest thing is she could see that my account was in credit and could not understand why it is with the legal department.
