Account Paid And Settled - not updated on ITC - since July 2016

<p>I have settled the Cell C account on 20 July 2016, received confirmation from Collections Dept that Account Settled and email that Account Settled and Closed. Have asked that my Credit Profile be updated. To date not yet done and it is reflecting Negative on my Credit Profile. What more must i do to get Cell C to update account.</p> <p>Acc : ********** 82 - E Celliers</p>
