Account opened **********ly and Cell C won't help

An account was open in my name **********ly January 2019, I reported it after seeing a Cell C debit from my bank account. Cell C requested documents that I needed to send which I did. After a couple of months I followed up and was told that the account has been closed.

It's been a year now and Cell C is still debting from my account. I've been to the store and called so many times but just get sent through from one department to another. No one has been able to assist, I'm now frustrated because every month I need to reverse their debit order which is really frustrating.

I just them to sort this out because really this has been happening for just over a year now.
