Yes he did contact me. But still nothing has been done. And as a result I have dropped my credit score. Could you advise my settlement amount so that I can just settle and close this contract with you.

Derrick could not get hold of you on your contact numbers. However he sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where he can get hold you and assist.

The only thing I am asking from cell c is that you update my payment history on credit bureau for March, I don't want to be called because I have already received a call from cell c and I explained what my problem is. Giving me a call will not fix what you have failed to do. I am sure that should I have failed to make my March payment, you would not waste time to update that my account is in arrears. Like you were quick to give me a call before the end of March when a short payment was made, and I because I was unaware, I immediately paid out the short amount because I knew that should I fall to make a required payment, you would send that to all credit bereaus. If this is too much to ask, than please send me the settlement quote on my email address so that I will pay and close this contract. Receiving calls from people who would still fall to do their job does not help me in anyway.
