Account no where to be found!!

<p>I had a contract with Cell C a few years ago, and because i was retrenched i was unable to make payments, I am now working and have made contact with them to see where my account has been handede over to in order to settle the account.</p> <p>Today i waited about 50mins before I spoke to a consultant from legal and they advised me to contact another company as my account was handed over to them - i then contacted this company and i was told that they had no records and that my account was handed over to a different company... I then called this company to arranged payment and they too did not have my records. So this afternoon once again i tried to contact Cell C's legal department and i held on for 1 hour without any one picking the call up.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i want to do is settle my account, but nobody knows where it is sitting!</p>
