Account keeps getting suspended
My Dads account gets suspended month after month even though payment is made. Every month he has to call and email proof of payment but yet his phone line still gets suspended on the 1st of every single month. This is becoming ridiculous. If this does not get sorted ASAP, I will take this to all media platforms. My father is frustrated with your service, and is taking his business elsewhere if this is issue is not resolved.
