Account increases after removing itemized billing

After phoning the pathetic call centre, and explaining a couple of times that I want to remove the itemized billing from my accounts, the idiot on the other side increased both my accounts per month with R10 each. <br> <br> I know it's only R10 per account, but I'm really getting fed up with the bad service from Cell C.<br> <br> My accounts has been messed up so many times, I'm actually too afraid to phone in or go to a store in order to change anything. What are they going to mess up next?<br> <br>
