Account increased without any notice
Hi I have a Straightup 200 contract with Cell C. I had issues with my billing since March 2014 as the invoiced me R433 per month where I had to pay only R379 a month. We have came to an agreement and I was Credited for 3 months to make up for the Difference. I have recieved my latest Bill for January and now Its R453.71 how to you get this amount?<br> Where did this extra money come from as I have a fixed Contract.<br> I'm tired of Cell C never giving me the correct invoice for more than 2 months.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
