Account in default because of cell c employees

If you're thinking of taking a cell c contract, DON'T. I say this because I have fallen victim with a bad credit score because of cell c. My life is in a stand still and I dread taking a contract with them. When I changed my number I contacted cell c, asked for the balance owing and they debited it same time. Now last month when checking my credit score I found that I am owing cell c R252. They said the consultant might have forgot to add the monthly repayment. I said fine, can I pay then, they told me that my account was handed over to the legal department. Till today I've been trying to get hold of the legal department with no avail. They said Blake and associates was handling my account, I emailed them and they told me that cell c withdrawn my account from them 2017.

Cell C have been going back and forth, bad quality service. All I want is to pay off my account even though it was their fault my account was handed over to begin with and a letter of apology stating their mistake.

This is not good. My life is in a stand still
