Account in arrears nonsense
This is really frustrating . I have been paying my account in times for the past I don't know how many years yet on my credit report it shows that my account is in arrears for the past 3 months. When I contact the call centre I am being told that my accounts are up to date , can some please rectify this urgently as it is affecting my credit health
