I have sent CELL C a query on Facebook that an account has been **********ly opened with my name and this was affecting my credit score. I asked them to send me a letter confirming that I do not owe them the money. Palesa Nhlapo, one of their friendly agent, called me to find more details on the issue, and did follow up with their legal department. Within few days she sent me the letter confirming that I do not owe them the money and the account was **********ly opened in my name.
