I do not have an account with Cell C nor have I ever signed a contract for any products, yet 2 months ago they started debiting amounts from my bank account. I brought this to the attention of one of their branches as well as their TPHD department and provided them with the necessary documents i.e affidavit from a police station and my bank statements as they requested. To this point they have not contacted me and keep on debiting amounts from my account without my permission. My bank cant stop the debit orders because they keep changing the amount and dates of the payments, thus I have to go into my bank branch and reverse the debit order each time. Their behaviour is unacceptable and Has caused me financial damage as I have to pay everytime they debit my account.
