Account enquire

Very, very poor service for the past 2 weeks now I've been calling Cell C Customer to get my account statement and paid up letter but I have been sent from one consultant to another. They're excuses would be their system is slow or not working and last week I asked to speak with the manager till today no response from the manager. Hellopeter is my last hope for assistance.
