Account Dispute - No results

After lodging a complaint on Hellopeter, Cell C head office came back to say that my account is not in arrears. I have mailed them to ask for written proof, no answer!

This morning I got my statement, where I am being dubble billed. Called the call center to find out my account is still showing in arrears.

Cell C is n freaking JOKE!!!!!!! You are useless and pathetic when it comes to customer services! I will continue to be in contact with the Ombudsman, and I will terminate both my contracts with Cell C!
