Account Dispute

I'm very disappointed with Cell C. I once had a contract with them and I paid it off. They gave me a paid up letter and their are still claiming that I owe them. This ******* has affected my credit application because they decided to hand over my account. The only thing that I need is for them to update my credit profile.

I have been patient enough with the company. You can't blame the lockdown because of your laziness. I have been querying this since August 2019.

I have consulted my lawyers.
