<p>Just received an sms stating that i owe an account that i paoid off in Jan 2015. I did a CPA cancellation and wanted to keep m number. I was transfered to retentioned and was given the amount that i had to pay in. i did the payment and my line was migrated to prepaid and now I'm being told that i owe Cell C. and they can not view the payment that i made. This is very confusing abd also affecting my credit scoring. </p>
