Account Details Not Updated On ClearScore Since October 2021
Account Details Not Updated On ClearScore Since October 2021. Please assist with an account closure letter in order for ClearScore to update my details.
I closed this contract after I settled the account and made the last monthly payment when the contract was ending. My statement had a balance of R 0.00 but this is not what is reflecting with clearscore. Please send the account closer letter for ***. The number was *** which I stopped using immediately when the contract ended.
