Account department Incompetence

I am a client at Cell C since 2004. For the last 4 months I have been struggling to resolve the debit order failure without any succsess.Every month there is a diffrent excuse or every thing is in order and debit order will go off. Every next month it does not go off. Today I receved a call from Cell C after I lodged another complaint. I was told the problemm is at my bank and not Cell C.

This afternoon my 3 contracts was susspended!!!!! No warning!!!! Seems that it is time to go to a diffrent NETWORK
