Account declined after approved

This has turned out to be even more disappointing I am furious. My application was approved 4weeks ago. I have been phoning cell c twice a week for the last 4weeks. Every time i was told your application is approved we just don't have stock. This week i am told your application has been declined. For R179pm fixed. Secondly i am a client for almost 10years. Paying my account every month and this does not mean anything???? I have recommending friends and family. But after this i wont any more. Worse is no one has called me since Thursday last week to give me an update. But i did receive the sms for cell c asking if they can take their debit order sooner???
