account debits not explained and the R70.00 billed

I am writing this compliant on behalf of my mother, of which she is out of words and is now a very angry Cell C client. She has been with Cell C for over 12 years if not less and has been a very happy client with the service she was getting up until 2 months ago. This started with her getting a call about her missing a debit for the account she has, of which she has never missed a single debit. This was in the month of December 2021. In that month she was debited twice for an account that was up to date and when an inquiry was made, no one was able to explain. Then in January 2022 her account was debited before the debit date that was set of the 25th of every month. When she called in to find out what the debit was for she was advised that she had changed the debit date from the 25th to the 15th of which she never requested and would never do since she expects her salary of the 25th of the month. During that that inquiry she was also advised of R70.00 charges made to the account for debit reversal. To her surprise she has never had a debit reversal from Cell C. With all the money debited in December one should think the account is up to date since her bill does not accede R1500.00 but in December alone more or less an amount of R4000.00 was debited from her account by Cell C, of which the additional funds debited were for her other debits. Fortunately she always keeps extra funds for such. Please look into the account and rectify the errors made by you. Now she has to wait for another debit to go off on the 25th. This is not healthy on her credit profile her stressing about this. Even after the calls made into the call centre to get assistance and requesting to be called back no has 5 days later not even a text.

Regards TT
