account debited twice

I send below query to cell c on the 2/3/15 had no assistance up to today. <br> I need urgent assistance with the debit order that went through my account on the 1st of March. Attached is the invoice received from cell c and the amount to be debited is R 392.02 which is R 139.00 times 2 for the two phones as well as R 50.00 times two for the airtime.<br> Amazingly and amount of R 392.02 went off my account as well as R 53.92.<br> Please explain the R53.92 and I would appreciate a reversal to my bank account with a credit of that amount. Last month I had a problem whereby an amount for my old contract which was cancelled went off my account. I was promised by Montana that the money would be credited to new cell numbers. Which up until now never happened.<br> <br> I need Cell C to rectify this error as it cannot occur again next month. <br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Virginia<br>
