Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed with Account *****

Hi Team,

I’m reaching out to express my frustration with my recent experience at Cell C. Last week, I contacted customer service regarding a *****ulent phone on my account. Unfortunately, the first agent I spoke with showed little empathy and quickly hung up after providing minimal information.

When I called back (my number is ***), I tried to get details about the previous call, but the representative couldn’t find any records, which felt unhelpful. I reiterated my concerns about the complex process I was being asked to follow to address the *****. I was promised an email outlining the requirements, but I have yet to receive any communication from Cell C.

As of now, unauthorized transactions have been deducted from my account, putting me at risk. I believe this situation is a breach of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and I’m deeply concerned about the security of my personal information.

I urgently need someone to call me back to resolve this issue. If I do not receive assistance soon, I will have no choice but to place a stop order with my bank and block any future withdrawals from my account. It’s alarming how my details could be compromised, especially after recently signing a new contract.
