Account complaint

To whom it may concern: It's very disappointing that Cell C customers has to reach out on public forums like Hello Peter before someone actually pays attention to your concerns. It's sad that it took me more than 5 calls to Cell C that is longer than half an hour every time and when you call to follow up on your query apparently the ticket was never logged. When you request to speak to a team leader or manager they are never available. I'm not sure I know how to respond to this. With the above said, I'm hoping that this time Cell C has a manager or teamleader that calls me back. I refuse to take this matter up with the call centre. Cell C has the worst client services in the history of client service. It's disgraceful.
