Account cancellation
Please beware when you receive a SMS from them reminding you to cancel your account or you will get charged a monthly fee and data charges even though you did not request it. I cancelled mine in June and they still debit my account for these charges. I have phoned them every month at least 5-8 times and always get the same story that you never did cancel your account.

That does not sound right and it is not supposed to be that way, when a contract is cancelled then it is cancelled, no charges, nothing.

I do not think so as i am living proof of this. My girlfriend has the same problem. You get told it has not been cancelled then its pending then it hasnt been cancelled. You tell me.
