ACCOUNT BEEN DEBITED

I was contacted by Cell C with a Cell C contrat. I took the deal and the Consultant phoning me explain to me about a 20G of data and 200 SMS and 200 Min and 650 Data. he than explain to me about the 20G which i will received for 6 months and after the 6 months the 20G will fall away than i will only received the 650 DATA. i took the dael as it sound good to me for the price. after receiving my Contract i saw nowhere the 20G is stated on the Contract so i contact Cell C and they inform me that there is now deal like that. so i Cancel the contract and the device was fetched by me. after a few days i saw a R131.80 was put through my acount i once again phone Cell C and they told me that that was a activation fee. and becuase of this amount being put through i am in erea with my bank with the amount of R115. and once agian no one told me that there will be a activtion fee will be deducted from my acount by the 16 August as i would have told them that there is no money in my acount IF THEY WOULD TOLD me about this amount. They Consultant i spoke to ask me the sent them the proof of the amount thats been put through my acount and they will phone me back. i sent the proof to Cell C on the 29 August 2017 and sins then no one but no one phone me yet.. i think this is pathic for service and i want the bank fees back as this is not my problem for Cell C not inforing me about anymoney beening deducted... i want my R115.00 back and someone to say sorry about this bad,bad experience i had with Cell C.
