Account Allocation

I am struggling to deliver proof of payment at Cell C due to incorrect reference number tht I have used to make payments..Cell C has blacklisted me but the contract had been paid up in full. I need to submit these payments so that Cell C can allocate this payment and correct my account as well as have my name removed from Transunion. I am not getting help for their customer care. Thank you
