Account all over the place

One month I pay R999. Next month I have to pay R1554. Next month I have to pay R1613. WHAT IS GOING ON???? Why such huge differences each month????? Please explain this to me???

The consultant explained that you are charged a full subscription without a discount as your 24 months matured on 04/05/18. She also advised that VML was set.
