On the 24 May 2020, I have received a sms that my 20Gig data has been cancelled as per my request. June, July, Aug, Sept. Everything was fine on my account, then in Oct they double charge me for the 20GIG data. After contacting cell c about 5 times to find out why they keep saying don't wary some one will call you back. My account is about R2700 per month but due to this my account was R4560 in Oct. When I received my bill for November everything was back to normal. I need feedback on this ASAP and the money to be paid back to me. O the last info I received from them is that I went into a cell c store to activate the 20 GIG data again. I stay in Phalaborwa there is no cell c shop in Phalaborwa.
