<p>i called today to see what my account balance was standing on and the lady who i spoke to said that she cannot tell me my balance because i did not confirm the correct security checks with her - this means that the info you guys have on your system regarding my account is incorrect because every question i answered was correct - my adress , my email, my ID , names and phone numbers - but not matching your systems details - i just want to know my balance and your advisor was unhelpfull! when i asked to speak to a manager she told me a manager cant help me, she put me on hold and then hung up on me! this is not cool cell c</p>
