Usually my account is nothing more than R600 per month.....this month I got an account for almost R2000. I logged a call on Sunday.....got my reference number via sms but never got any explanation further for this outrageous account. I phoned my local Cell C supplier who also tried to log a call. Its been more than a week now and still I have no idea how my account could go this high. No one at Cell c can help me or give me an explanation. I refuse to pay this invoice and I know my 3 lines I have with Cell c will be suspended because of this.
