Once again like all the other times Cell C has stuffed up Last week I received a email saying that all my payments were allocated, the 1st I made a payment again and sent it to proof of payment and contacted a cell C agent yesterday and she told me to go to a cell C at Centurion mall with all my bank statements, because I don't need to pay a cent I've got the proof, now I get a SMS telling me that they are going to disconnect my phones, well I'd just like the public to no you don't get any help from Cell C and I've got the proof to back me

02 Sept 2021, 15:03I've been doing that the last 4 months and you cannot do anything I've got the proof that I am not behind even got my bank statements going to a branch on Saturday, and then I'd like to see your comments

I went to the cell c office at Centurion mall with my bank statements and showed them, and they made copies phoned the head office and told them they have all the proof that I don't owe anything, and sent it the the write department but stile you disconnected my service hope I get credit for the inconvenience.
