Accessing customer information without permission

I have a contract with cellc that I've been paying for MYSELF for 2 years and while having my contract with them , the manager of the Table Bay Cellc store took it upon himself to go through personal information without my permission and without me being inside the store.

Cellc claims that they protect customer information and have policies in place with regards to accessing customer information without permission. Then why has this not been dealt with ? I've made it known to the area manager Theo but as previously , he fails to deal with it and overlooks the situation.

Not only have I witnessed how employees get treated badly but customers as well. The customer service and ethics of cellc is POOR.
