Access clients info with no permission
This is my second complaint to cell c with no resolution. I got a call from a lady who offered a me a contract, even after I declined she proceeded to check my credit record. I've written emails and made a number of enquires with no assistance.
Can someone please look into what gave cell c the authority to check my credit report?

Sent the email on the 10th of June with the screenshot was asked to subject my email as hellopeter as this is my second time sending through a complaint via hellopeter.
The person that assisted me at first on hellopeter gave me all the instructions to follow and then disappeared.
