Acc. Suspended for Error by Cell C

Called Cell c in August & changed mu Debit order date to the 27th to be effective as at 27 September 2015. Come September, Cell C decides to on the 29th & im told this happened because the 27th fell on a SUNDAY....Something that was not informed to me by the agent who amended my Date nor is it stipulated on Cell C's T&C's ??? Now my Acc is in arears and on top of that im being charged R70 for a Debit order which was not honoured on the 29th whereas I ddnt ask for Cell C to debit on the 29th ??? I have just paid the arrears by Debit Order on the 23rd of October & was told funds show within 24-48 working hours, I call this morning (28/10/15) and still Not Received ??? So here am I, Suffering a PROBLEM which is not of my own Doing, No Wonder why People opt for paying these accounts themselves and do away with Debit Orders !!!!
