Acc settled and closed but debit order still going off.
I've settled my account and closed it in April 2019 Cell C is still debiting my account.
I called the contact center to find out why I'm being debited the consultant advised my ACC was closed and she could not access it. She said to she will connect my call to the legal department but I was holding on for more than 30 minutes. Please stop debiting my acc.

We can confirm that your contract with Cell C was terminated on 30/04/2019. Please note that you are still liable for the April debit order as full benefits were loaded on the 1st of April 2019.

18 Jul 2019, 16:30That was never communicated to me, I called and requested for settlement balance and I paid the amount in full, I don't owe you anything just because you have access to my account it doesn't mean you can debit anytime you feel like it.
