ACC in arrears and its their fault

I have a contract with you guys for several years but what i have experienced for the past 2 months its nonsense and i wont tolerate it .

My debot orders were always successful but you decided that you wont debit my acc from Nov till date and now my account is in arrears . I have never stopped a debit order or reverse it in my life but i am told that i must contact my bank , what kind of nonsense is that ?

I need some to contact me and advise what is the issue with your debit order system . I AM EXPEXCTING A CALL BEFORE COB
