Abused for asking for the product I paid for

Bought an LTE Router from Cell C Newcastle on 17/06/2018. The device stopped taking the sim on 01/07/2018 after taking it out to reload it. I went to Cell C Newcastle to inform them and the manager, Nivesh told me that I damaged the device and they will need to take it in for repairs which will take 21 working days. I told him I need this device I order to work. He told me they don't have any loan devices, they will only get one in 3 weeks time. He then became abusive and told me I can contact ICASA if I'm not happy.

My problem is, I'm supposed to be working right now and I don't have 3 weeks for repairs or loan devices. I paid for the device and all I'm getting is abuse!
