abused contract payer

After booking my phone for repairs as an insurance holder my phone came back the same way I was told it was BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIRS. Fair enough the consultant that helped apparently didn't do her job which was to attach insurance forms to the repair forms. The manager at the beach took it upon himself and said he will help me open a new jobcard so that I can get a new phone. After almost two months without my phone I get to the store yesterday only to find out that my phone was never sent for repairs. I have been **** to and abused by cell c yet their too quick to debit their money at the end of the month. My phone has been sitting in store gathering dust due to *********** staff and negligent management . Someone better resolve this otherwise I will take it up with my lawyers
